Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.

Return window

You may request a return within 5 days of the delivery date.

Condition

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Opened or used lubricants are not returnable unless they arrived defective with proof.

How to start a return

Email us at andy@mylifeatspeed.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we’ll send you instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll get an email confirmation when it’s processed.

Return shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us and we’ll correct the issue with a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.
